First Aid at Work course (FAW)


HSE First Aid in the Workplace qualification meets the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

HSE recommend that all trainees take yearly refresher courses to update their knowledge and assist in the retention of skills

Treatment of wounds and bleeding, burns and scalds
Treatment of injuries to bones, joints and muscles
Spinal Injuries
First Aid Equipment
First Aid at work and the law

Delegates receive:
18 hours contact time (training)
Certificate (successful candidates only)
An approved course book

This course can be run as a standard 3 consecutive day course or can be spread across any 3 days within a 30 day period.

This course can be run on any day of the week including weekends.
