First Aid at Work requalification (FAW/R)

HSE First Aid in the Workplace qualification meets the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

HSE recommend that all trainees take yearly refresher courses to update their knowledge and assist in the retention of skills

12 months (1 yearly)
36 months (3 years)
2 days including end of course assessment (total of 12 hours contact time)
At our training facility or an In-house course

Course content:
Maintaining the Airway Breathing and Circulation Wounds and Bleeding Resuscitation and Cardiac Compression Burns and Scalds Major Illnesses Fractures Asphyxia First Aid Box

Delegates receive:
12 hours contact time (training)
Certificate (successful candidates only)
An approved course book

All delegates must have an FAW in date or less than 28 days out of date to be able to attend the requalification.

This course can be run as a standard 3 consecutive day course or can be spread across any 3 days with in a 30 day period.

This course can be run on any day of the week including weekends.
